Your Android Notifications On Your PC!Īlthough I had initially installed Pushbullet to transfer important links from my PC to phone, I use it for an entirely different purpose altogether now – to keep a tab of my phone notifications while I’m working on my PC. Once we sign in to Pushbullet via our Google Account on all the devices, transfering files can easily be carried out. I have installed Pushbullet as an extension in Google Chrome, and as an Android application on my phone, to link the two devices. It will quickly transfer files and notes from device to device. The app can be used optimally only if it is installed in all your devices. Not only that, the app can display your Android notifications on your PC. It provides you with the option of pushing notes, pieces of texts, files of various extensions, and media. So essentially, we are dragging files from one device, and pushing them to the other one. As the name suggests, it pushes stuff from one device to another – links, photos, files or other media. Pushbullet acts as a link between your phone and your PC and other devices. It also has some surprisingly awesome features that I wasn’t expecting. At first when you read about Pushbullet, its functionalities will seem almost trivial – after all, there have been plenty of apps which can transfer files from your phone to PC and vice-versa, haven’t there? So, what is so special about this app?Īs you read on, you will find that Pushbullet is similar to the other file-sharing apps, except that it is more convenient and a little more user-friendly.
