![]() ![]() The generator system is a PAMS Generator Conversion Kit Type-3 and the engine exterior is treated with Cerakote Sumi black. The head section is also machined in such a way that the high lift ST-2 camshaft can be installed without any post-processing. The engine has a displacement of 1075cc with Anny's Φ72 Piston Kit and the cylinder sleeves have been replaced with PAMS/EST sleeves. Exterior is painted in original Z1000A1/A2 pattern. Front master and clutch holder are from Gale Speed. The meters are based on the stock with the addition of Yoshimura Progress meters. A comfortable riding position is achieved as well as sporty looks. ![]() The handlebars are Active Clip-ons set on the upper top bridge of the American Dream pride stem. Magical Racing NK-1 mirrors (type 2 head) are also mounted on these cowl stays. ![]() The rocket type cowl is the American Dream original Z1/Z2 café racer cowl kit and the mirror type windshield is selected. ![]() The owner now rides the completed bike much more often and over greater distances than before. Incorporating the best parts from time to time into American Dream's many years of Kawasaki Z custom build for future enjoyment. Of course, the engine was also fully customized. Another new feature is that the cowl bracket made from aluminum based on the development know-how of the café racer cowl for the Z900RS which has almost the same shape as the Z1. The bike was newly customized for a Z1 owner who wanted to convert its wheels to 17-inch and add a café racer cowl. ![]()
